Surface Finishing

Standard springs from spring steel according to EN 10270-1SH/DH are lightly oiled after thermic relaxation. Standard springs from stainless steel according to EN 10270-3-1.4310 are cleaned after thermic relaxation but not oiled.

Surface Refinement

We are happy to refine the surfaces of your products according to any and all well-established refinement procedures. These include zinc-plating, nickel-plating, tin-plating, silver-plating, gold-plating, gliss-coating, synthetics, Delta Tone, Delta Seal, Deltamagni, zinc-flake-coating, phosphatisation, molykoting, colouration, varnishing, powder-coating, etc.

Shot Blasting

We offer shot-blasting with steel shots and stainless steel shots to increase the life-span of your products. If desired, we are also able to use glass beads for abbrasive blast cleaning.
